Our Miami boat tour departs from a convenient location at Bayside Marketplace, right behind Victoria's Secret on the waterside, next to the Port of Miami and the Miami Heat Arena. To make it easy to find us, guests can use the Miami Heat Arena as a reference point—the check-in window is just a short walk away.

If you locate Victoria's Secret, all you have to do is take a quick walk behind the store and look for a small window that says, "Check In Here." It’s important to check in and receive your boarding passes, as you will need them to board the boat. Without a boarding pass, you won’t be able to join the tour.

We kindly ask all guests to check in at the designated window 30 to 45 minutes before the departure time. This allows plenty of time to board and get comfortable before we begin your adventure through Biscayne Bay.
